Alaska regulations require food workers to obtain a Food Worker Card within 30 days of employment.

Food Workers in the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA): The MOA issues their own nutrient worker cards. Cards issued by the State of Alaska are non valid in the Municipality of Anchorage. Getting an Alaska Food Worker Bill of fare Online

Go to the Alaska Food Worker Card online testing site and select "Accept a do test."

Have the exam
